1/16" and 0.45 is most of what I use, keep practicing keep getting better

I've used Tillman for years, they are getting harder and more expensive to get all the time. The weld supplier that my shop uses now Carrie Black Stallion brand and I've had nothing but good luck with them

I've been welding for more than 12 years,and have never been able to control the white frosty area around my weld regardless of the the size of cup, filler or tungsten. Any help would be appreciated

Ck worldwide has nice set they are kits by tungsten size #8 cup .040 - 1/8" run about $32 ea. That the best reputable product I found for the price. They also have a mixed set with alumina and glass cups from size 6 through 18 for about $200

Morning all, I have some questions about my discoloration in my silicon bronze on mild steel. My pattern is fine and my welds are solid but the color is nasty, but only sometimes regardless of prep and cleaning of parts material and filler. I have pics , not sure how to post them.
