To clip off a bad tungsten tip I just clamp it up in the vise with the bad part sticking out of the vise jaws.... Use pliers to grip the bad end sticking out of the vise jaws... Then just a tipping motion, with the pliers will snap off the end flush with the vise jaws!! Right or wrong it works for m...

I have the same setup... Miller Dynasty 200 DX.... I bought it used.. Machine is about 7 years old!! Tested good at seller location.... Got it home Welded like your pictures! I tried to check pressure at torch.. Looked and sounded ok! Cranked up pressure to 30cfh.... Welded a little better! Finally ...

Miller gas adapter 195378- Troubles

Has anyone had trouble with the "Miller gas adapter 195378" not allowing enough gas(Argon) to pass through?? I have this adapter on a Dynasty 200DX.... and it's older unit! :?

Something you might consider.... When you buy some steel from a "metal for sale shop" ( the big box store's are toooo expensive) they also have a scrap ben! The metal store I deal with gives me scap to play with and when I'm done I haul it back over to them! It's a win-win for both you and...
