Mig gloves

We are typically using black stallion 750 for our mig welding right now at work. I hate these gloves. The fit on them is super inconsistent one large pair will fit great the next will be way to small. They also don't last that long before the lining in them starts to fall out in clumps. I am looking...

What would you call it? I believe that everyone calls it a dinse plug.

Looks kinda similar to the Thomas saw we have at work. Getting blades for that ones a pain because the hole pattern is obsolete now a days.

Water cooled torch for Lincoln square wave 200

You need the twist mate connection for thru gas dinse plug google k1622-4. The one from USAweld is quite nice and then you will also want an 20 series torch of your choosing. You will have to cut the connection off the gas hose and install it on your dinse plug. Other wise usaweld as ready to run 20...

Came off a speedway sw-320 torch that I bought. Looks to be in great shape. I personally have not used it since I needed the Lincoln adapter. 25 plus shipping and PayPal fees http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160826/0495c4169d6b0ddeead29840b08a4581.jpg http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160826/1baf47...

Re: 1 Piece VS 2 Piece TIG Torch cable

I'm using a ThermalArc air cooled setup. Recently, while welding with my WP9 torch every weld went to CRAPOLA! The puddles boiled and when they cooled were porous, with BIG voids. VERY UGLY. I had gas and good flow. But I had just gotten a new bottle or argon, so I suspected the gas might have been...

Re: Dual Shield Welding ???

The Stick out of dual shield also take a bit of time to get used to. That wire needs to preheat before hitting the puddle. These are 3G bend tests on 1/2 plate with a 1/4" backing bar. http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160731/b07e967452b03721d28ec57b2c39bae7.png Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

5" and 7" 3m cubitron 36 grit fiber disks are all we use at work and they rock. Way better than using flap wheels.

We bought a 17 from them for our sycrowave 180. After a few months we started have issues with hard arc starts. Went to a CK torch head on the same cable and haven't had any issues since.

I highly doubt that your prop is brass. MOST likely it is bronze or what Mike said what is commonly referred to as "Nibral" (nickel/bronze/aluminum). It's not just used for big ship screws that he probably is referring to but small stuff as well (sail boats/ski boats/sport fishing, etc. N...

You could trying turning arc force up to help push more metal through. That works well for me to help keep a lower amperage.
