i use red thor. 2% all day everyday for stainless, mild, alum, and i love it.....and its the dust thats "radioactive" and it might hurt u if u suck it in for 20 years.....

i tig weld in the field all day, we just use a bench grinder and a cordless drill....bye the way can u tell me how to post pics i tried earlier butdont know if it worked

use foil folded in half and a hoseclamp tightend around the end of the tube....remeber topoke a hole about 1/8 in diamter for a vent hole....and tape up the other end with the hose in it

no, forget that crap, just focus more of your heat to tthicker plate and move quick, alum heats up quick
