I am welding for the 4thy timewith my Miller EconoTIG and I am getting shocked. I am welding stainless steel on a welding table that I recently made. I am wearing the proper welding coat and thicker than normal gloves but I am still recieving some shocks. What is wrong???

For cutting and heating ( Rosebud tip ) what settings are required on the regulators?

If you happen to exceed the duty cycle on a MIG welder will the heat overload trip? Can you damage the unit this way?
