That's some amazing looking work Roy, years ago I read a few posts on the Hobart forum from a guy with a user name of I believe Pangea. Agreed, Use a flap disk or a Norton Non-Woven Depressed Center Rapid Strip Wheel that has only been used on aluminum and then clean with acetone. I believe you can use either DC or AC with Silicon Bronze, AC will sometimes give a cleaner looking bead due to the cleaning properties of that process. I have not done enough Tig brazing to be of much help on any of the other settings.
