Can anyone tell me if a new 211 miller can be put out in an unheated barn subject to zero degrees F?

I recall a similar discussion on a different forum from some years ago. The question there surrounded whether a liquid-filled capacitor would be subject to freezing, expansion, and resulting damage. I don't recall the outcome from that discussion, but I'll look around on that other forum to see if I can dig it up.

I keep my old mig and stick only rigs out in the cold portion, but the TIG with the water cooler in the heated section in the winter. Done it for years, no problem. I'd probably keep the TIG in the cold if not for the coolant.
