Hello, does anyone have any idea on a release date or status for the share my weld app?
I believe this would be a perfect addition to the welding community especially for those of us that dont really use social media like Instagram and Facebook .

It was out but I think it had a stall. Not sure why but there was a post on it awhile ago.
I have more questions than answers

I went to the site and I guess there was a hosting issue? It was only released for iPhone but the site says it will be available for Android as well.
Also says copyright 2016
I guess there are quite a few of us with the same questions

Jody Collier is the name of the person who started this site. His son (named Joe?? IIRC) created the app and Jody promoted it here. But Jody has pretty much given up on creating Youtube videos (under the "welding tips and tricks" brand) and has virtually abandoned this forum in the last year or so, in favor of his new paid site, welderkills.com. Jody used to create a new video every week. Now he is pushing out about one per month. But the content is mostly recycled. I haven't seen any uniquely new content on Youtube from Jody in maybe 6-12 months now.

All of that is a long way of saying I am sure the app has been abandoned too.
