Thanks Steve.
Didn't think it was ever gonna get done. Still have some tweaking here and there to do, but I can finally work out of it.

I've been moving my shop around for the last week getting ready for the next phase of my boat build. I have the room to go back another 30' which would give me 900sf more. I just might do it this summer if I can get the permits.

I wish I could do that. When I designed this building initially, it was bigger, but where I live here in Youngstown, zoning will only allow 768 sq. ft. for an unattached structure. It is 24x32x12. So, I had to downsize which really sucked. I have just enough room to do my work. Fortunately they let me go high enough to put a jib crane in.

Thanks. It is definately not fun having to deal with that crap. My property is zoned residential, but I have really good neighbors and they don't care if I work in my shop or not.
