Or a scan of the manuals, they may contain some electrical sketch

This is for that welder KEMPPI 250 AC DC


Any useful info welcome, may be a basic telecom sketch would do it (probably)

220 AC mono or 380 TRI

Do you think a sketch of the electrical circuitry of those telecoms could be find (TIG, MMA) ?

Is that brand KEMPPI KEMPOMAT distributed in USA/ CANADA ?

Electrical drawing of a remote control box , then the pins to interface with that kemppi 250 ac/dc should be useful of course.

I don't think there is software yet on that era remote control box anyway.

I find the sketch . What I did not have is a sketch of the elements in remote control box but having the ones for the welder it is identical.

I find some of the pinning too .

So, still interested in the wiring sketch of a similar remote control box . Thanks Kemppi brand, made in Finland, is not sold in USA.
So if someone have a sketch that should be from another brand.

My friend need to plan and prototype without having the welder at hand, so any information is welcome

He is good with electronics, and that should be relatively simple , a similar mounting than the one on the welder as there is a switch to use when the external command box is used

Hello, that would help, buy it is mostly the wire diagram for a remote control box for a tig welder we have interest in.

Control on the AC shape and GAZ post flow .

Just a sample so to see how are the controls wired

Those are just 3 pins . Mass , 10v positive, and 10k potentiometer output so this is fairly simple ( pedal for amps is more complicated)

Anyway any wiring sketch would be of interest to us.
