Hey guys I was wondering what the best Ball bearing chuck? I have always used Jacobs ball bearing chucks is that still the standard?

Ya. But there is a German made chuck that is a ball bearing. The Jacobs chucks are not all made in the us anymore.

Look around over here. I just put one of their "impoert" keyless J33 chucks on my press and I gotta tell you. it's a high quality piece and was only $34. I figured it would be a throw away.I couldn't believe it/ I would gladly pay $100 if the price went up.
If you have the flag of delusion stuck in your eye they have those chuck$ too.

i use Rohm keyless drill chuck onboard our ship, it is 13mm/1/2" cap. it is very precise and can put the 1mm drill in it

I picked up an old Jacobs (made in USA) for my Mill on ebay a while back.
