then check your local section of craigslist.org and your classifieds. depending on what you're looking to spend, you might check some of your local machine dealers, but that will be more expensive.
and also, I don't really know what you're looking for. if you're looking for a carbon arc gouge, then you can use a DC stick power source. they make stingers for the carbon rods and, of course, carbon rods.
there are also specialized systems for carbon arc cutting, but these will be a lot more expensive.
