What is your technique and what are your settings for uphill mig welding?
This was done using 19.5volts and 245 ipm using .035 er70s6. I think that Increasing my wire a bit or slightly lowering voltage would have probably reduced spatter a bit but this thermal arc 252i is pretty finicky.

I don't know about famous but I do appreciate Jody mentioning me. Not sure if I a worthy of it though.

As for my vertical up technique, I mostly use the "Z" method. I have tried the other methods Jody shows and they work well but as a personal preference I like the "Z". My favorite settings for a very pretty weld is around 19.7 volts and 220 ipm on my Millermatic 252. When a tight weave is held it comes out very pretty, in my opinion.
