Although many years old and a bit long and classroom like, I found this video very helpful especially the frozen visual shots of the puddle changes with arc length and rod angle and the different movement required for different rod types. Not to knock any of Jody's videos but I found this informative as heck. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIf_l8l5BkY

Yep, Steve Bleile is very good. I use some of his clips as well as Jody's in the classroom.

Steve Bleile is very good, but youtube does him a disservice. Anytime you see his videos on the interwebs, it is a pirated video, and really is illegal. He sells the videos on DVD and they really aren't that expensive. If you like his work, you should pony up for the the DVD. http://www.weldingvideos.com/
