In July, 2017, we created pile cage welding machine.

For us it was a new experience. However, we collected all the necessary information, made drawings and decided to create this line of automatic welding.
The result on the video. This is our first copy

I spent a couple of months of my apprenticeship making these cages by hand. Your company must have a lot to build

According to reinforced concrete plants - machine replaces from 4 to 6 people. Savings on manpower :D :!:

I agree. Every new technology has its pros and cons

All good, better to be a trained machine operator that an abused low level worker.
