Good info there jody, and makes me feel better bout the same welds I did, and on the aussie branded version of your welder.
I was giving myself a lot of grief with the root crowning, but since yours looks the same im now a happy camper.
And funny thing is I keep a note book of your settings with that welder as that will be the one I get once I have my tig.

Any chance you could do some open root mig in part9
I have not yet once had to do 1 with a backing plate.
Oh on 10-12mm plate too pls.

Ps, new job started. Forman only wants push mig. Nothing else
