In the video with the propeller repair job, Jody said to be careful with the heat as those props have a rubber insert.
One can just tap those things out with a mallet. they are just a type of clutch and adapter for the different engine makes some of them you can just push out. Then one does not have to pay quite as much attention to the heat transfer when building up a weld to fix a prop blade.
