Also a very good demo of the machine! I take it that's the newest model?

I thoroughly enjoyed welding aluminum pipe and thin-wall tube with pulse features on a job I did a few years ago. It was a great way to manage heat input and not blow out that .049 wall 6061. It was "learn as you go" at that time, but with guidance from your videos I was asked to stay on after the other contractors left to run almost a mile of instrument tube in real gravy work.

Yep that is the new 210ext... same as mine my welds dont look that good though :(

Your machine doesn't weld as nice as Jody's machine?

It's prolly defective, you better get a replacement. :lol:

Yeah, my problem is usually a loose nut behind the wheel.

I saw a great signature line on another forum, that should be any welder's motto:

Perfection is impossible, but if you strive for perfection, excellence is attainable.
