I would think the fact that it only comes with a 90 day warranty speaks volumes.......

I purchased something similar but more upmarket http://www.weldsmart.com.au/welding-aus ... arc-welder they are so sure of the reliability of this welder they give a standard 18 months even to industry. 8-)

Harborfreight indicated the brand as 'Chicago Electric Welding Systems'.
I am not able to find a website for: 'Chicago Electric Welding Systems'.
Who is the manufacturer of the welding machine?

"Chicago Electric" is the Company name as they make a lot of different low budget electric tools including Welders.
