WTB: Beginner dual voltage welder

Looking to do mostly mig but would also like to ability to practice tig if possible.
Been looking at things like the PowerMig 210 mp, PowerMTS 211is, and Fabricator 211i.
Would also be interested in a Millermatic 211 or Handler 210 MVP if the price is right.
If anyone has anything along those lines, I'd like to see what I can find used before pulling the trigger on a new machine.
I am located in the Chicagoland area and will travel, but paypal/shipping is always an option.
