I'm an old gas welder, mostly self taught and learned the hard way about heat distortion and warp age. As much as your videos are clear and to the point, one assumption must confound all newbies. That is "Why Tack and How to Tack when Fabricating a Part". Stitch welding and welding sequence on drawings would also be informative. I'm sure this could stretch to several videos.

I've seen a truck body welded without regard to sequence at both Baker and Reading truck body and the results were not pretty. I wish I had a cell phone camera back then. The body would not even set on the truck frame.

Let me say that your videos are far better than any others I've seen anywhere because the arc shots are clear and narrated as they evolve. Keep up the GREAT WORK as it is a huge contribution to the industry and fellow welders, especially newbies.

Remember no matter what the process, it is all about the puddle.
