I'm a hobbyist welder, though I have done some professionally, but that was building sets for trade shows and such so hardly counts. Mostly I have been a sound editor/ designer so not really related. But I have built a LOT of stuff over the years and my grandfather was a machinist and taught me a lot. So there you go. I have done stick, and Mig before and just enough gas to know how to not blow myself up. I home brew and want to do stainless for the brewery and have a lot of other projects and so decided Tig would be a good choice, so that is what I am learning.
