New old welder here.

Postby TheJDMan » Mon Jul 10, 2017 6:02 pm

I have been welding as needed for over 50 years and worked for a major welding supply company in the midwest out of high school back in the mid 70's. I have never welded professionally but only on an as needed basis. I started stick welding then added MIG and I am now getting into TIG. Hoping to be able to come here for advice on occasion.

Welcome aboard mate! What part of the Midwest you from? I'm from southern Wisconsin but spend summers in western Minnesota.
A student now but really want to weld everyday. Want to learn everything about everything. Want to become a knower of all and master of none.
