Hi I have a broken ladder, can anyone tell me with solid weld if this aliminium ladder is fixable?
Also can anyone tell me what type of Ali it might be so I can take a piece to the welders? Its just for me its not a work ladder.

as its already welded you should be able to weld it just fine. what material it is anyone's guess, its probably just no spec junk metal.
the hard part is working out why it broke in the first place. otherwise it may just break again.
tweak it until it breaks

I doubt heavily that a welder with a certification at risk would weld that. There’s too much liability in doing it. Same thing with climbing stands for deer hunters.
