a little about my self, i spent about 4 years in school for welding/fab but stopped 6 years ago because my son was born and am eager to get back in to welding and fabricating. i currently own a 80s lincoln AC225 and am rebuilding a 1989 lincoln weldanpower g7 225, i am also looking to upgrade to a MTS machine and a plasma cutter so i can handle more materials

Welcome to the "funny farm" GW. There's a lot of talent around here so don't be afraid to ask questions if you ever get stuck on anything.
Go break something, then you can weld it back the right way.
