Welcome!

While I'm sure it's out there, I've never seen ageism in the welding trades, and I've worked for a couple dozen companies in various shops and industrial construction.

Toss up any questions you come across as you go. This place is an amazing cross-section of the welding industry, so if you're looking for facts, we have them or will find them, and if you're looking for opinions, there'll be no shortage.

olddog,
Welcome to the forum. You might be new to welding but I am sure you have many experiences you can share to help us out.
