G'day everyone, the name's Dan.

I've been welding for probably 40 years, stick only for the first 30, MIG for 10, and just recently (maybe 2 years ago) finally got a TIG machine.

Although I have never been employed as a welder per se, my jobs over the years have required some welding from time to time. I would classify myself perhaps as an advanced hobbyist.

Never been to welding school, but privileged to have several good mentors over the years. I found and started watching Jody's videos when I started to learn TIG welding, and boy were they ever helpful!

Always something new to learn - I look forward to participating here!

And I'm not a spambot - honest! :D

Welcome Dan.

Lots of good people here and plenty of knowledge. Looks like you're going to be adding to it.
