Hello,

I'm new to welding in general; a friend has welded up a roll cage for me, however I have so many little things left to do, I figured it was time to learn to weld myself.
I just purchased a Miller Multimatic 200, and waiting for it to arrive. I've been hooked on Jody's videos all weekend and look forward to learning from everyone's experience.

Welcome, Paul!

I'll be interested to hear your thoughts on that "Multimatic", particularly as some who's new to the craft. The multi-process units are not much loved among the more experienced (under the "jack-of-all, master of none" philosophy), but if they didn't have their place, they wouldn't sell, right?

You have found the right spot to start. There's tons of knowledge to absorb here, free and easy for the taking.
