Hello guys and girls Revocide here from Down Under

After seeing Jody on youtube I though i'd pop over to the forum and see whats happening.

Occasionally I use a 240V 15A Multiprocess machine (BOC Smootharc multiprocess 175), I use flux core on it exclusively as I work outdooors welding up 25mm square tube.

No official quals, just a passion for it.

Australia - the only thing more deadly than our bitey stingy things is our drivers :shock:

Welcome Rev.

I deal now and then with the Hampdon Welding folks who are also sandgropers. Decent people.

Hope you enjoy your time here and learn a lot - I sure do.

Poland -

Sandgroper = West Australian

Croweaters = South Australians.

I have no idea why. It's something that's been around since well before I was born. Australia is certainly not without its quirks. And don't even get me started about the Dropbears.

Hey, it's Australia. It's not about making sense, that's for sure.

Revocide welcome to the forum! It's always nice to see another from downunder.

Poland,

We Aussies are a funny bunch; but then again living on an island will do that to you.. You should come for a visit. We have the worlds deadliest snakes, spiders, sharks, jellyfish, crocodiles and birds and yet they call us "The Lucky Country" :lol:

Thanks guys for the welcomes

Looks like there is plenty to learn here, if I keep me eyes open and brain in gear all should be well.

Seems Victorians get called Mexicans and the Northern Territorians are labelled croc bait? maybe the tourists?

Unfortunately we miss out on the siestas, tequila and nice weather. Not too many drug cartels though (that the general public have to worry about)
