Hello everyone,

I'm Mike from South Georgia. I'm a new student at my local tech school learning the welding trade. I'm the oldest in my class at 44 years. I recently was laid off from my job as a cabinet maker at a cargo trailer plant. So I decided to enroll at the tech school to learn welding. I've always had an interest in welding but never had the opportunity to give it a go.
I've always been good with my hands and I love to fabricate so I think I'm really going to dig welding. Anyway I'm pleased to meet all of you.

Fair winds.
