I'll mainly use it for drilling. I end up doing quite a bit of fabricating where I can't get the pieces on my press. I'm tired of breaking drill bits while using my hand drill. I have a DeWalt magdrill and have been very happy with it. Bought it from the Mac Tools dealer that comes to the shop for just under $800. It has earned it's keep in the couple years I've had it.
