I personally use benchmark abrasives (freemix) and walter. The both last me a long time, no complaints.

Personally, I'm switching over more and more to 3M Cubitron-II sanding discs as opposed to flap discs. But for flap disks, I stick to 3M Cubitron-II as well.

Do you use AO, Zirconia AO or ceramic?

I haven't tried the zirconia or ceramic yet

I believe the Cubitron-II media is ceramic.

We have both aluminum oxide and ceramic at work. I prefer the ceramic.
