Depending upon the part you need, Grainger in New Castle sells their products and may be able to order it directly from Morse. Did you try calling Morse direct to obtain a parts diagram and number?

what I need area set brushes for my 9" circular and 14" chop saw.
both saw are excellent but not if you can't get parts.

I have replaced the brushes in some of my saws with non-OEM units. Some have worked perfectly, others required a bit of fiddling to get right. Emery paper between the brush and coil to get a concentric profile, and occasionally crimping the spring to not put as much pressure on the brush.

And at least once, I just ran the saw with no load until the brush bedded in. Bit of a wonk, but that saw is up and running still 5 years later without issue.

Worst case solution -

I just ordered them off Amazon using a "comparable" saw model. Here's an eBay example: http://vi.raptor.ebaydesc.com/ws/eBayIS ... 9000&ver=0

Notice the "compatible with" specification. Find a 9" worm drive and you should be good
