I'm considering purchasing my first circular metal cutting saw and currently have found two viable options for around the same price.

The S210CCS is the newer model it seems as the 230 has now been discontinued but for some reason I have a feeling that the older one was heavier duty.

I also prefer the fact that the 230 has a laser guide for tracking straight but wanted to know if anyone has any experience with either of them and if you'd recommend one over the other.

The one ones doesn't really seem to offer any new features over the previous gen and I wonder if the smaller blade diameter would be a good or a bad thing.
