Running low on some parts today so sat a sheet of 3/8 on the table and cut out enough to last until the next time I am low. Hypertherm sure can cut some nice parts. Nested them up so there was just 1/8" between parts. Found out today my new Miller digital hood doesn't cooperate with noise ear muffs - gotta go to the store and get some ear plugs if I want to use the hood with the plasma.

What CNC/table/cutter arrangement is that? Are you happy with it?

My table is self designed and built. The electronics are from CandCNC and the plasma unit is a Hypertherm 1250 with an upgraded DuraMax machine torch. Pleased - yeah I have to admit I am. It holds dimensions very well. I am really happy that I bought a Hypertherm rather than another brand.

God gave man 2 heads and only enough blood to run 1 at a time. Who said God didn't have a sense of humour.....
