I just picked up a pair of tanks and a couple heads with cutting tips on them.
One is a Melnor? I can't seem to find any info on it. It's a sliver torch, has a diamond shaped stamp on the head and body, and only has Melnor stamped on the thumb trigger.
Can anyone tell me anything about this torch?
I thought of all places, this group might know.
I went to the local welding supply to get Oxy, and he didn't have any idea either. I don't have any welding tips for this, but he said it's old, and that the thread size on the mixing chamber is larger than anything he has now.
It had a Victor tip in it, but it was obviously the wrong one. I've got an Airco cutting tip on order, which appears to be what it needs.
Anyone have some old welding tips that have the larger nut size laying around they might sell?
