hows it going y'all, I'm trying to get 6g certified, I was told by a staffing company to get a 6g cert and than he would have some leads for me, but he didn't give any specifics other than get a 6g pipe cert, I called a testing facility (NDE in Tampa) and he asked me what procedure I wanted to do I'm guessing he means WPS but I don't have anything specifics other than I want to either do TIG ROOT 7018 out or 6010 root 7018 out on probably a 6 inch sch 40 pipe. so I guess my question is are there any model wps 6g cert tests I should adhere to (being my first time testing just to get a cert so I can show an employer I can pass something) or does any one have any specific recommendations thanks, Sean.

6010 1/8 root. Fit up 1/8 land 3/32 gap. Extra heavy wall 2inch pipe. 3/32 7018 out.
I have more questions than answers

Depends on what you need for work I guess.
always tested 6G with carbon tig.
tig root fill and cap. My F3F4 test has always
been 6010 root then 7018 fill and cap.
Find out what you require then do that.
