I'm just wondering if any of you have gotten a job with your welder certification cards expired. 3 of my AWS certification cards expired last month so I'm curious if I'll still be able to get a job with them being expired.

It was my understanding to keep the AWS certs valid you need to pay a fee every 6 months with a letter signed by manager etc., that you have welded with that process in the last time period, as long as you continue it remains valid.
Is that what you have been doing? Given the current situation with covid19 I'd call them and ask for a way "to get back in" there may be some grace available.
