Looking for practical tips / advice for taking AWS D1.5 using GMAW

3G and 4G positions

Coupon 1" thick x 7" long. 22.5 degree bevel each side, 45 degree opening with a 1/8 gap, 3/8" backing bar x 3"

1/16" flux wire with 100% CO2

285 ipm at 26.5 volts using a LN-25 PRO Dual Power feeder

Both 3g and 4g coupons will be X -Rayed

Any Advice?
