Not many of us have access to Canada Welding Bureau specs but maybe someone will be along to help you with knowledge of that standard. I only know a little about CWB but from what I do know it has harder tests than we do in America. I would first advise you clean well between passes. Unless I am mistaken I believe the CWB does not allow mechanical cleaning in their tests so plan accordingly. What are the specifics of the test so we can advise better?

Be patient, Chris,

There are many members here from Canada, and some non-kanucks with experience. You may yet get a solid answer.
