Everlast 350EXT

Postby shipj0 » Mon May 22, 2017 12:25 pm

Finally got this welder together to weld with it. Not too much time on it yet, 5 - 6 hours, and nothing heavy, only 1/8" aluminum. So far, very smooth and quiet. Fit & finish quality is excellent, accessories are good (upgraded Everlast foot pedal and Rota-flex torch, Arc starts are crisp, arc is stable and very controllable, all the control functions worked well. Machine was quiet but added water cooler which added some additional noise, not so loud to be a nuisance though, could still hear radio. Here are a couple pix with the cart I made for / with it.

Fit and finish on your cart is looking pretty tight, too! Nicely done. I went to the Everlast site to look up specs and don't even see the 350 listed. 3 phase?

Thanks. Here is a photo of the data plate from the back of the welder. Single phase. You would have to ask them, It is a finished production product but I don't think they have put it on the website yet. Not sure why.
