What do you think of Flux Cored Welding Wires? Are they easy to break while welding?

Break?
Just a couple welders and a couple of big hammers and torches.

Men in dirty jeans built this country, while men in clean suits have destroyed it.

Curious question. Are you tieing knots or braiding it to make tow cable?
I have more questions than answers

If you wish to flex them at your tip to break them off, rather than use side cutters, then, yes, they break fairly easily. If you get fused at the tip while welding and your drive rollers are too tight, they will break where a solid wire will snarl into a "bird's nest".

They will not break in your liner in normal use, even if you get a tight loop in your whip.

Welcome aboard...
