First off I am a pipe welder going on my 12th year now and up until recently I've only had a handful of bad xrays since I have been welding. I recently went to work in a fab shop where I have had 3 bad welds in the last few months. But not just me some other well seasoned welders also. Everyone for the most part have gotten called on porosity on the bead. They are shooting 1104 and I know we are not allowed very much. Everyone of my welds been on rollouts. Do you guys got any input? Thanks in advance!

My first thought is contamination. Is your prep work back away from the weld at least 1"?

Is it 6010 all the way out or is that where they say the spots are?
I have more questions than answers
