Learning it all on my own with help from yall

Been welding for about 2 weeks. Passed my 1g test on the first try. Trying to pass vertical and overhead as quick as possible. With wash position I pass I get a 50 cent raise. Any tips y'all provide me with will go a long way. My stringers look like complete trash and my boss said my weave looks like horse sh*t.
