2g test plate 45° bevel last cap bead undercuts. HELPP!!

Hi im currently in school at SCI and am on the 2g test plate, i fill in all the way to the 3 caps and on the last cap it always has undercut. Am i going to fast or what is happening?

What process, amps, size electrode, any interpass cooling, rod angle, pictures?
A student now but really want to weld everyday. Want to learn everything about everything. Want to become a knower of all and master of none.

Under cut is caused by few different things. Too long of an arc, traveling too fast, incorrect electrode angle or too high amperage.
