I've got a packet of Bohler fox 6013s that are RC or rutile celulose. They don't run at all like any other rod i've ever used. Defininetly not like a normal 6013. Ive only had success with low amps and a very short arc for welding thin wall rhs (square tube) So shorten your arc and treat them more like a 6011 and you may get somewhere.
