miller maxstar

I've been told the miller maxstar has a capacitive discharge arc start and not high frequency. I was wondering if that is why the maxstar seems to lose it's striking ability as it racks up the hours in use

Some of the capacitors might be bad. I'm not sure if you can replace just the bad ones or if they all come as an assembly.
I have more questions than answers

We send them back to miller, it just seems that the machines that have actual high frequency start never seem to have a problem.
