Very nice!
I'd like to ask what the dimensions are? Mainly interested in the width. I am interested in a single tank cart, and would like something narrower than 24", which most of the 2 tank carts are. Your cart looks stable with a single tank.
Ideally I'd like to have a small table that could flip up, or be stored on the cart to be used for welding on, that way it would be a complete mobile solution. I don't know if that is asking too much or not, but could always use a Nomad type table if needed.

The cart is 13 1/2” wide not including the hangers. With the wheels on it is 38 1/4” tall, each shelf is 16” apart. I built the shelves out of 3/4” square tubing and welded the 1/8” plate inside of the Square tubing making kindof a tray so that if for some reason anything shifts it won’t fall off. The sheet I used to cut out the decorative sides was 1/8” pickle oiled hot rolled steel. Basically the same as hot rolled but they dip it in acid to remove the slag so it has that cold rolled shine. I went with it since it was as cheap as normal hot rolled but I wouldn’t have to do a lot of carbon clean up. It roles really nicely. I used Caster’s from northern tool and some pneumatic lawn mower wheels for the rear. Not including the tank it has about 110 lbs of equipment on it. I was worried with the design it would want to tip especially without the tank but it doesn’t.
Graveyard,
Stumbled on your IG page and must say you do some really nice work! I stumbled upon your page after looking at the unobtaniumwelding page...so I have to ask, are you guys cornerng the market on beautiful tig welds up there in Alberta?
And it looked like your beautiful Shepard approved of the cart...
Hats off to you, nice work.
