Do you get good welds..........how much more is Helium than Argon???

First I must ask this, Why do you want to tig aluminum with DC ?? The only reason should be because you don't have an AC capable machine. Other than that, there really should be no reason. You don't want to tig aluminum with DC.

Hi there,

I saw a guy from Bulgaria welding Aluminium with DC using Al stick electrodes as filler. Flux coating and all. The coating breaks down the oxides apparently.
