Thin Aluninum and Pulse

Can't find much info on pulse with aluminum. So I tried it tonight on some 1/16th flat bar and thought I had better results than without pulse.
I've enjoyed all the vids here and learn something every time I watch them.
Why not pulse thin aluminum? The 150pps, 200 freq, 70 bal, 60 amps seemed pretty good. But I'm just not educated enough to know for sure with pulse and aluminum.
Maxed out the frequency for the edge,,, just some off the wall settings.
Anyway, I'd like to get the skinny on this from a pro. Can I ask for a video here? Sorry if I shouldn't have.
